4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

4.1 Payment

All fees for courses and programs must be paid in full before the commencement date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the program start date
• 50% Refund: Available if cancellation occurs between 7-14 days before the program start date
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date or after the program has commenced
• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our programs, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, code, assignments, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of DwellingCorner and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

You may not:

1. Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
2. Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
3. Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our materials
4. Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings from any content

6. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

As a student enrolled in DwellingCorner programs, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions and complete assignments on time
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
• Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism or cheating
• Comply with all technical requirements and system prerequisites
• Provide feedback and participate constructively in the learning community

7. Program Completion and Certification

Certificates of completion will be awarded to students who successfully fulfill all program requirements, including attendance, assignment completion, and final assessments. DwellingCorner reserves the right to withhold certificates from students who fail to meet these requirements or violate our code of conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

DwellingCorner strives to provide high-quality educational services, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program
• We do not guarantee employment, salary levels, or career advancement
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in София, Bulgaria.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
